Returns Policy

WARRANTY INFO: 1 year carry-in warranty on components & defective workmanship only, of all electrical and other appliances, unless otherwise specified, from date of order. Manufacturing defect warranty on all products, if found must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery. No warranty on smalls. I.e. fasteners, nuts and bolts, other hardware etc. No warranty on used items.
DEFECTIVE GOODS: We require written notice of the manufacturing defect within 24 hours of receipt. Manufacturing defective item to be returned (at customers expense) within 7 days for for repair / replacement. Does not apply to goods damaged in transit. See Liability heading below and Delivery Information page for more info.
GENERAL: 20% Handling fee applies on all correctly ordered & supplied items which are returned (at customers expense) within 7 days, un-used, un-damaged, in original new condition and original undamaged packaging. This excludes: used equipment and special order or sale items or end of range clearance specials, or special order quantities, which are all new appliances or custom manufactured items etc.
GOODS UNDER WARRANTY:
Goods still under may be returned in the warranty period, at the customers own expense. If there is a defect found to be as a result of faulty parts or workmanship, and type of defect covered by the warranty, goods will then be repaired under warranty, and made available for collection or delivery, as per the original orders shipping / collection instructions.
GOODS OUT OF WARRANTY:
Goods may be returned to The Cable Manager for inspection.
Within 3-5 days, we will then advise if the equipment is repairable, whether we are able to repair it, and what the estimated cost will be.
The customer will then have the option to accept the repair quotation or decline the quotation and collect their equipment.
PAYMENT: Goods remain the property of The Cable Manager, a brand of RestoQuip Pty Ltd until payment is received in full.
LIABILITY: The Cable Manager, a brand of RestoQuip Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage caused to goods transported by the customer, a third party contracted by either the customer or by The Cable Manager, a brand of RestoQuip Pty Ltd, or by The Cable Manager, a brand of RestoQuip Pty Ltd themselves. Fragile goods like glass or goods with glass doors etc may break during transport. Goods transport insurance available on request at additional fee. Insurance does not cover glass or other breakables. Item supplied may differ visually from item quoted, however specification will be the same or equivalent.
